SCA1
is a most powerful intelligence tool, designed to automatically flag
"interesting" calls. As a part of their job in preventing
criminal activity and protecting the national security, official
Intelligence agencies records millions of phone calls for analysis.
Many of these calls contains no relevant information, and analyzing
them takes precious time that could be spent in a more productive
fashion such as concentrating on other calls that do containing
valuable information of interest to the intelligence community.
SCA1
is designed to analyze and flag these calls, which contain
relevant information, and to put a priority flag on each of
them.
SCA1
uses a complicated "Emotion-Profiler" to detect the mental
state of the speakers, and not only to scan for "hot buzz
words" ("dictionaries").
