TiPi 6.40 - Voice Analysis Investigation Tool

TiPi 6.40 uses Layer Voice Analysis (LVA) utilizing over 18 vocal parameters and thousands mathematical processes to accurately analyze your subject's state-of-mind, e.g., Excited, Confused, Stressed, Aroused, Embarrassed, Deceptive and many more.
TiPi
6.40 is designed for official use: Governments and Security
Organizations, Law Enforcement agencies and Immigration authorities,
police, military and private investigators.
Use 5 modes of operation
1. Online Mode - For quick facts verification/elimination during a phone conversation or a face-to-face interview. Lets you focus on the relevant segments and allow you to reach the truth faster
2.
Offline Mode
- For in-depth analysis of
recorded material from any source (Tape, Phone, DAT, CD, Video,
etc…) using an improved easy-to-use interface employing a
step-by-step Wizard.

Investigation Mode
- A
full professional "Polygraph" like system, using all known
polygraph techniques in a series of "Yes/No" questions.
(For polygraph professionals only!)

Tape Recorder Mode -
Start recording
instantly on-going conversations or in-coming calls. Recorded calls
can later be analyzed using the Offline Mode. The tape recorder mode
has also a database of all recorded calls made by TiPi for easy
management and retrieval.

The Cassette Recording Wizard
- (New In TiPi 6.40!) - Record
wave files from external media (Tapes, CDs, DAT, Radio, TV) in
optimal conditions. The recorded wave files can then be analyzed via
TiPi's Offline mode!

The Online Mode
TiPi's Online Mode was designed to work according to the psychological structure of an unstructured interview. An unstructured (free) conversation is one in which there is no “apparent” pre-defined purpose, and in which the answers are given spontaneously, without any pre-planning. Since you never know where an unstructured interview will take you, the subject’s need to lie will be identified and his response will be emphasized and clear.
The Online Mode enables you to:

Analyze conversations, by telephone or microphone, as they are
happening in real time so that you can instantly pin point the weak
links in your subject’s narrative.

Record conversations for further analysis or to keep them on file.
·
View the actual graphs that show a person's different stress
levels.
·
Mark relevant sections of a conversation to highlight the speaker's
response to a specific question or segment of the discussion.

Generate a complete Profile and Report summarizing the overall
emotional behavior of the speaker during the session.
·
Begin or end sessions easily as well as switch between microphone
and telephone sources.
The Offline Mode
The
Off-line Wizard was developed to offer the user a more efficient,
more accurate, user friendly and more expedient manner in which to
analyze wave files. The new wizard will guide you through three (3)
simple steps to analyze any recording from any source. Every
completed action is stored automatically in the wizard database,
providing the highest level of user friendliness.
The Offline Mode enables you to:

Analyze any recorded material, from any source. (Tape, CD, DAT,
Radio, TV)

Receive an In-Depth view of the results using 6 different
analysis displays.

See Interactive Graphs and "Segments Maps" for the
easiest-to-use level simply by clicking on a button.

Generate a complete Profile and Report summarizing the overall
emotional behavior of the speaker during the session.

Automatically adjust the "Background Noise" filter.
·
Configure a printed booklet of the final analysis per test.
·
Receive the highest accuracy level ever.
The Investigation Mode
For
those who have a background in operating a polygraph, it will soon
become clear that TiPi's Investigation mode is quite easy to use and
readily understandable because it operates just like the ordinary
polygraph, using the same structure of questioning and the same
psychological aspects.
The
Investigation system is designed to provide answers for testing very
specific issues and questions. Clarifying the issues for which you
are conducting the test is required as a part of the Investigation
procedure (Pre-Test Interview).
Use of the Investigation mode makes it possible, for example,
to conduct a screening test for selection and elimination of
candidates requested for a sensitive position, screening suspects of
a crime, or simply verifying facts in a straightforward yes/no
fashion.

Using the Investigation Mode requires knowledge in Polygraph
testing.
The Recorder Mode
TiPi
6.40 comes with 2 service recording modes, that do not perform any
analysis, but record wave files in TiPi's optimal format and levels.

The quick recorder -
By Clicking the "Recorder"
Button on the main screen, the quick recorder will appear and will
begin recording immediately. You can record face-to-face
conversations using a microphone, or telephone calls using the
special phone-connector. The new-recorded file is logged in TiPi's
recording database for quick retrieval.
2.
The Advanced Recorder -
Designed specially to serve the
"Offline Mode" analysis of recorded conversation from
external source, such as tape recorders, DAT recorders and CD
players. The Advanced Recorder enables and guides you in fine-tuning
the output volume from your external unit to produce optimal
recordings.
